How long will I have to wait? K2 is what I have the coupon for and it is what I really want and I am going to be stubun and wait for it.

People got 20 dollar coupon for the FTW and 30 for the FTW with the gauge and ECP. The coupons don't specify though. I pressed notify on both.

So would I. Being in sales seeing first hand what these types of delays can do. I would love knowing what the expectations were and what they are now. Also, would like to see what the ending result is. Those are questions we will never know.

1. Is this the type of Memory module we can use for the Swap file? Transcend 32 GB Compact Flashes (CF) 400X Flash Card Model TS32GCF400
2. For the ECP where is the header?
3. How long are the cables for the ECP? (I need to know this because I have a Cooler Master ATCS 840 and I want to try to make sure I can hide the wires).
4. If the last two become show stoppers for me to get the K2 can I use my coupon on the FTW KR?
(I guess I should have asked if he could send me a coupon for the FTW KR as well).
Nothing is mentioned in the manual and I am concerned.
I have been patient and kind. I hope you all know that the FTW K2 will not be released until a WEEK after the FTW KR. Am I bummed, “yes” but it is worth the wait if I can get the ECP to work. I do not care about the Gauge.

Nice, putting jacob to work as if he's not busy enough lol. Oh wow, both FTW and SLI are KR, So I already knew about the week later. For some reason I thought you meant the FTW will be out next week, and the FTW with ECP was going to be yet another week, sorry about that

Yes the FTW KR will be first Board out next week then the FTW K2 it has to do with production. I understand though, they get the first boards out and the ones with the extras next because of the extras (ECP and the OC Gauge). I know he is busy but I thought it was a valid question, I wasn't giving him a hard time or anything.

My Danger Den Monsoon Reservoir with the full Plexiglas front and my new D5 pump came in today so my parts are stacking up but I am in no hurry I want this build to look outrageous. I have always used blue water but I am debating on going with a black and red theme to match the board. With the release on the SLI board maybe the guys at BITSPOWER will get their hands on one and start on water blocks for the board.

Great idea! I was thinking of using a Water cooler, just happen to have one not being used and I just think it would look cool. OH Jacob said the ECP cable is about 3 feet long. That will be plenty for me. I hope the same for you.

I'm the unique that frowns when reading the specs of the mainboards read 2 Marvell LAN chips... so what???? Why not to use Intel PHY that does not consume 1 PCIe and their performance is out of question? (Well at least they didn't put crappy Realtek LAN chips).
 You wimp! Real men have 10 Delta fans to drown out any irritating noise coming from speakers, headphones or wives  .
