Where did you purchase the card? The code comes from the place of purchase, so if you purchased directly from evga.com, then go to this link and scroll down to your eligible devices.

If you purchased from anywhere else, you must obtain the code directly from the place of purchase.

Actually, this one is an EVGA promotion, so all he needs to do is register a qualified card on the site, upload a copy of the invoice if purchased from somewhere other than EVGA, then submit for the game code on the Article page Scarlet-Tech linked.  For anything else, the instructions on that page should answer what you need to do next.
