Yeah, gotta hand it to the Hardware Canucks for that CC Website.  It is very well done on a lot of levels and I expect will be a default example for future years.

Tracker currently says I am doing 35,000 PPD (SMP + 2 x GPU), however I won't have it running 24/7.. but I will as much as I can.

The handicap also takes into account the last four days, we start on the 5th, which is just after our largest production EVERY month.  So a little rigged.  We are producing over triple the leading team and we're behind by more than a full point.  Wow, no balance of WUs like we do with our folding madness contests.  Oh well, we're still cranking out a lot of PPD and I have a bigadv tomorrow morning and another on Saturday morning.  The GPUs have just started dropping WUs as I was remiss while I was trying to fix a cooling issue.  In any event, let's see how it looks in a day or so.  Before the stat reset, I noticed we had almost 9mm points and were still tied for third, no one else was even close, next team was something like 3.3mm.
 
Keep pushing guys.  It's a long race yet.

Unf!!  Let's hear it for dumb luck!  My angry pc?  The mobo power connector had come unhooked.  LUCKILY, I hooked it back up cleanly and it fired right up and is folding happily away!
 
Also, giving up after 4 hours? c'mon, guys!  We need to see this through to the end so we can prove how unbalanced the system is.  We can't prove the whole thing wrong unless we push our hardest for the next ten days!

I'm not giving up one inch at this early stage in the contest and Drougnor is right, this contest just began.  Lots of hard work has gone into building this Team for CC, so let's give it hell, keep together and see where we go as a Team.  Pick that towel up off the floor AB and get back on the Field! 

AB, pick up all those towels you keep dropping all over the place before we have to smack you. I understand that we may not win this, but there is no way in hell I'm giving up.

We haven't come CLOSE to reaching the potential people said they would produce... not by a long shot.  I think its time to let the cat out of the bag and look at our projected PPD and once you compare it to what we actually are producing thus far you will not give up hope yet. 
 
If there is one thing I have learned from my experience with contest...you cannot judge the outcome in the first 24 hours.  In fact, it takes 2-3 days before you begin to get an idea and probably about a week before you can declare a winner.  Anyone giving up just yet...it is far to premature for that!
