Afterburner I have three -bigadv that will drop late tonight. This means I will still get three more in before the final bell!! At least we can Beat OCN for the overall points pounders.... BRING IT!!! I'll drop one -bigadv by tomorrow and as long as I don't get another 2684 I should drop two more before then "final bell"! I look forward to see what are total ppd will be at the end of the CC. Fold On!

Dang I take off for two days come home and my rig wasn't even on. I guess my power supply can't handle the presures of folding 24/7. Well Its going to have to for a few more days, now to make up for missed PPD.

Swagger... lol. No reason not to swagger. The @Home Folding PPD chart is absolute EVGA pwnage. Only space-bound rockets launch with a sharper trajectory and not my too much. We look awesome, we've added a bunch of new folders (even if they are relatively low PPD compared to all of our big time folders), and we're now in 7th. Seriously, we're pure win and our 7th place rank looks like the biggest asterisk in the history of folding. Really makes folks scratch their heads! Plus, OCN has dropped off as well on their production so we should be extending our gains over them in total points. This is great CC if for no other reason than EVGA asserts itself again as the undisputed king of folding with or without silly rules! We are a pure, unadulterated, disease fighting powerhouse. I love it!

Looking at the numbers and increases each team went through, and I have to say - The points handicap complaints to the side, the contest has been a WICKED success! New folders for all teams involved and with luck, a large percentage will stay on! So, I'm officially excited for next years contest already!

You know we could have won, if we had just convinced 200% of our team to fold for EVGApes, with 100% we could have walked away in 4th. with just over 60 chimp points. so realy we can only blame ourself.

Tonight I will be switching all my SMP's to one-unit, as anything likley to start this late will not finish before the end, and I will be switching to GPU folding, more heat, but faster point contrabution, I do not want to start a big advantage and not have it hit in time. Come sunday, I'll switch back and actualy earn my 30 million badge.

Well.... I for one am stoked... Just look at this graph! Look at how we as EVGApes potentially/almost became the number one producer name for all of EVGA!!!! I may be off my rocker.. But I do not remember that happening last year?? And look at how many are still in it for the cause as we come to the finish line. That says a lot!!

I don't really care about the chimp points but man we and OCN racked up a crazy amount of points in a short amount of time! Maybe next year it should be EVGA + OCN vs everyone without any handicaps, just pure output :) Of course we would then have to have a 1 vs 1 match afterwards hehe Congrats to all the teams, team EVGA really put up some insane numbers, and this was an interesting competition that's for sure. Don't blame the rules for us not ending up #1, remember this competition is supposed to encourage others to start folding and due to the size of our team we are really intimidating which kinda goes against the spirit of the competition. I don't care what anyway says, the Beavers deserved to win this year because they had a solid team effort so my hat goes off to them. That and I stick by what I said earlier, stop being whiny princesses, they showed up strong so complaining just makes us look bad.... If the same handicap system is in place next year I hope they use a shorter sample size to better reflect each team's folding output closer to the competition but then again that could be cheated just as easily so there is no real good way to handicap any team period....

Perhaps next year, the rule should be changed slightly. Have the same scaling factor calculation, but not require the teams to change their folding names. i.e. the stats are calculated on the additional points that can be added to a teams total, rather than a specific folding name within a team. How long left is there anyway?

The swapping of names has always been part of the strategy portion - Obviously, we're at a bit more of a handicap over the other teams where we have a number of people who don't actively participate in the challenge, so that is going to skew the numbers out of our favor. . . . But I doubt there will be a change away from the chimp/ape based names. In the end, it really IS a matter of personal choice, and if you believe your points are better left to your own account, none of us will NOR SHOULD judge you at all. As long as you are still folding. And hopefully for TeamEVGA. ;) d

Is there a way to research the PPD output for the EVGA Passkey I borrowed for this CC? I opted to use a pre loaded passkey so I could go straight inot SMP folding but I don't see how I can track my production for the CC. Any help is much appreciated, Thanks
