I hear about malls and company way overcharging for spots... It is big in my town and we have so many empty buildings because of it.
 
They are holding out at high prices in hopes that a big shot company will want it and pay any price to rent it. And they are screwing over the small business because of it.

Basically the game with the most donations (goes directly to the breast cancer research foundation) wins.
