There was a company years ago that would laser etch any design you wanted onto a case panel. I dunno if it still exists though, name escapes me. They made a sweet one of a techno cyborg babe for my case "Midnight Fantasy 2" back in the day

I have access to a decent sized laser cutter. it could take a sheet of plexi probably 6" by 12" but for more I would go to gone cruising. he does great laser cutting and etching. as far as the window, have you thought about using two layers of plexi, one for the body color and another for the mane? (led side lighting, blue one layer, multicolor for the other)
you could put the laser etch of her head and mane on the front (replacing a few bays) and laser etch wing shapes to replace the side window (and paint or metal etch for the other side)

Maybe I should actually watch MLP sometime. Ive only realy watched like the first 5 episodes but like all my TV shows/anime, Im too busy with work or games to sitdown and watch, but I love the whole pony culture and its all so pretty X3
