All summer I have been fighting a problem that has turned out to be a failing auxillery PSU. At first I thought it was a bad E-762 and it may have been. But when I completly rebuilt the computer and I got artifacting with the PSU and it cleared up after it was removed. Now all I am waiting for is a new back panel from Mountain Mods.

The new back panel is to be able to hold 2 PSUs with a 10 slot motherboard.

Well I had to do a OC run before I RMA'd the motherboard. So here it is. Got my i5 760 to 4.2 GHz in just a few minutes. Only took 2 or 3 tries. You can lower the memory clock a little bit. This might help you get a higher core/shader clock.
