try resetting nividia control panel to default.
on the 3d page there should be a restore defaults links link top right part of the page.

I have done a full OS install with no help so now I am going to test one card at a time during the Indy 500. I have about 3.5 hours till I need to go and finish Sinsears MM computer. We spent 6 hours and ran out of parts.

I have found 1 bad card already I am now thinking that I have 2 bad cards. The bad card has an odd S/N.

haha this is my 2nd RMA! the first card i sent back was a month ago... my second one has artifacting issues galore! the first RMA they sent me a killer card back. maybe this time i'll get lucky again. this one is plenty nice.

and you can add to our growing list of craziness going one with high fsb/qpi over clocks
if i try to go above 233 qpi i get all sorts of wired things going on. where i could bench my 5970 at 238 to 240 qpi

mine found an early grave at 1.0625/450 pmw 1820/2100 i just got back from exchanging it. i have a brand new shiny 480 now. side note: my serial number didn't match on it either. was off by 3 numbers
