I know K|NGP|N Edition is 780Ti... SK Hynix should be nice memory, but again we saw everything from all, only Elpida can't more than 150MHz.
Maybe is something else, you have reliable PSU with more than 50A and 650-700W? If you have some reliable PSU you should check with
Classified Voltage Tool. Off course you need to update BIOS because maybe need higher power target. If you are interested to OC card more than fabric OC you must read at least first pages on overclock.net. People sometimes talk about 1300-1350MHz but don't tell nothing about water-cooling, than some of them keep on 1.35V card always. Your card should boost aboud 1137-1140MHz, if you reach 1200-1250MHz boost with voltage from Precision that would be OK, 90% others who reach higher clock use BIOS without boost, much higher power target and much more voltage. Card with 850MHz and less than 1000MHz boost is insane to ask to work on 1300MHz with some normal voltage.
But weird thing is memory, how much you can max...No matter overclocker love Hynix really no rules... I will use example of ASUS Matrix 780Ti because two different sites. two different reviews, get two completely different OC result, on one Hynix can only on 18xxMHz on other over 2000MHz, one model have solid GPU, other they push 50MHz more than fabric with max voltage. Don't give up. You can try to OC later after reinstall OS, with new drivers, you can check rails, connectors...
Because of that I bought only models with highest clock... Off course I will not buy Palit because have 12MHz more than EVGA.
I OC something little and I can use every day higher fabric clock than reference models.
Higher=Better, and clock is write in BIOS you don't need to check always before game and similar things and others don't have warranty on their clock like people with fabric overclocked models. GTX780 Classified have pretty high clock and better result than reference GTX780.
