A big congrat's to Eastern, I bow to you! Not that everyone hasn't had a great effort, but I'm really impressed with Mountain. You guys have half the crew of Central, but your keeping up with out producing us. Nicely done!

Some thing doesn't sound right Bill; I would think they should at least get regular SMP WUs if no BA WUs are available. Bill is E5L3CTGE12 your EVGA number?

I think you are still using FAHClient v7.3.6 (or older). I had the same problem and message as you a few weeks ago and decided to upgrade to the new version v7.4.4, which has the ability to contact the second GPU Assignment Server (AS) when you can not connect to the first AS. After that upgrade it failed to connect to the first GPU AS, but could get an assignment from the second AS. I've just looked through my logs and noticed the same happend yesterday on one of my folding rigs... failed to connect to the first GPU AS, but got an assigment from the second AS.

E5L3CTGE12 is my EVGA Affiliate Code if that is what you are asking. I think after so many tries it will down load SMP.

I use FAHClient v7.3.6 because it works best for how I fold at least on my 4P and 2P Rigs. My 2P got the same error but after a while it downloaded a new Task. I have two 7.4.4 and have issues with them and run only on Windows for now. On the above error I restart my computer and that seems to clear it up. My AMD Rig has a few yesterday but cleared up after an hour or so and this is using 7.4.4

I believe this may be the first TZC where a single user had the capacity to singlehandedly determine the placings of the second, third, and fourth teams. I think in the future we'll either need to revert to the capping formulas from prior contests, or abandon the concept of trying to equalize the teams using folks outside the North American time zones.

Also we could change the rules to state that it is not over till the last place team reaches the goal. That would keep everybody folding till the end. We would have to lower the goal as the Eastern Team probably would reach 500 million.

The outcome will be determined entirely by how many of bcavnaugh's rigs will be turned back on. Not fun any more.
