I'm trying to convince Dad to join up.  However, he's a bit of a stickler that his main rig will stay for the nVidia team, and if he does work the contest, it'll be from his notebook...

nVidia forums team, but doesn't participate in the forums.
 
Unless I get onto Dad's desktop and take it over for the duration of the contest, we'll have to put up with the Atom N270's 2x uniproc.
 
And trust me, I'm tempted.  Get his Q9550 at 4000mhz folding some SMP for us.

Ah! well... if he doesn't visit I can't help.
 
if he's on the NVIDIA U2U team (142900), he can't produce much
I'm basically the biggest folder there at the moment (when I do fold there).
 
if he's on another team, it's quite possible he has some good output

For a while he roared along with 2 of my GX2's.  I pulled 'em back to boost production a while when the temps dropped.
 
If I could get him to sign up with any name, and fold anything, it'd be helpful, I know.

If the teams want to balance the teams more closely contact troy or myself. (And offer some solutions or ideas.)
 
I honestly like it when it's a close race and it's anyone's game who will win. (and we all have to fold at max till the end)
 
Choose some team captains as well(maybe a 2nd in command too). They can decide/advise and suggest improvements to troy before the contest begins. Or the captains can discuss amongst themselves whats fair and advise us,
 
maybe we can also incorporate them into next years contest
 
At the moment... unless things change PST is gonna take a beating.
