Great caption, (and I might add here kitty, kitty) -- it is funny
 
However, the (adult?) photographer "may" be big enough, that the annoyed mountainous would run past them.  Unless that is one fine zoom lens, they are in easy pounce range. (looks less than 15 feet) Hopefully they were in a car shooting this.
