I've been showing this video to a bunch of people... If you don't know Spanish, He's asking a radio station to play a song he really likes...
He said the song is "Eso son Reeboks o son Nikes?" which translates to "Are those Reeboks or Nikes?" I'm pretty sure you can hear the confusion of the host and you will definitely understand the whole video when the song he's asking for begins to play... lol.
