The cats in the video above have cerebellar hypoplasia which is mainly caused by exposure to feline panleukopenia (feline distemper) while in the womb or shortly after birth. They can have a normal, happy life with supportive care.

Your getting that cat video confused with the laser one. Those ones were just under anesthesia and were recovering.
