umm.... is he HURLING railroad ties?!  Those are a few hundred pounds last I remember blowing one up.


maybe not a few hundred but close... but isn't that what the cow catch is for anyway?


I know the ones I have to move around at work are about 90pounds each, I can barly move one by myself and im not a small guy either, there 6"x8"x8'

90lb ? thats like 35kg? come on thats easy and I am a small person.
 
I think that they would be more than 90lb more like 90kg.
 
we have some at home and they weigh more than 90lb but then again they are made from red gum coz I am in Oz and red gum is heavy and dense as all crap, in fact its the densest wood I know of.

My computers are liquid cooled while my vehicles are air cooled.

Its not the weight but the size, its akward to move around, and I checked today at work the average weight is bettween 100-150 pounds seeing how there old used ones that are dried out, when there new they weigh about 220 pounds or more pending the type of wood and treatment.
