I think he is referring to the fact its manual. Hardly anyone can drive manuals these days. I'm proud to say I only know how to drive manual

And that^ is why in Ohio when two cars passed each other it was made law that you have to honk your horn to make the other aware of your presence. (or so I assume....and you know what they say about assumptions....)
Man is capable of as much atrocities as he has imagination. People are, well, only human. We know that. The rule of law is borne out in identifying, condemning, and punishing those who violate the standards on which we all agree. This is exactly what we do in America.
