It's Doom, Episode 1 (Knee-Deep in the Dead) Mission 6 (Central Processing). Glad they put it in the Doom BFG Edition! 
Hah Matt, I just read this and was about to say Doom as well, and give the level :) A couple weeks ago I beat a bunch of Doom for the heck of it. Sure beats the crap out of modern map designs.

I think context needs to be made here. Under the law I think a bank is required to replace a damaged bill if more than half is still there. The thing above is used to defraud someone at a business. The person who did this makes $40 out of $21.
