Hello, please help me with my problem. I use EVGA Precision XOC. When I go to oc scanner section, I try to RUN voltage testing. After 5-15 second my windows completely frozes and I can't do anything but restart my PC.

Videocard: EVGA GTX 1080 SC
OC: Windows 10

Can you take a screenshot of the settings section while in OC Scanner?

I'm having the same issue and the cards settings are set to the default clocks and speeds. Default everything.

Core i7 4790K
212 Evo Cooler
250 SSD
1Tb HDD
32 Gb ram
EVGA GTX 1080 SC
EVGA 850 GS PSU
Google Fiber: 944 Mb up and down

Same here.... Trying it on my new 1080 FTW.  I have to just manually set my overclock the "old fashion" way to stay stable.

I had this problem until I adjusted the "GPU clock offset" in the above picture. The default settings are way too high for the SC and FTW editions because they have already been pre-overclocked.
