OC Scanner crashes on launch (primary and legacy download links also fail)

I tried to update my OCscanner software to version 3.6.1.2. and it stops working immediately on launch.
 
I've tried multiple installs/uninstalls, changed the order of precision versus ocs to no avail. any help would be greatly appreciated.

GPU stress test and artifact scanner has stopped working...

    I've forwarded this to the Product Team to see if they can reproduce it. In the mean time per our phone conversation give the Legacy version a try and see if it has the same issue, then post your results here.
