First of all i would like to take a moment to appreciate evga to release a hybrid cooler for the titan x (even though the 980 cooler fits on the titan x) As the shroud has that slightly more awesome look to it and also mentions that the card is indeed a titan X.
 
Now for the query. With the titan x hybrid cooler (separate aio unit) will that come with a backplate for the titan X? because i notice how the hybrid card (card with aio pre installed) comes with a backplate to cool DEM toasty vram chips. If not i would hope for EVGA to read this and add one in with the cooler! It would be much appreciated and also would increase the lifespan of the card.
