Seems that the 10xx series cards suffer from a DPC Latency bug. These drivers should fix that issue:

Games get all laggy as if your FPS dipped to like 5. Also happens in videos like Netflix.

Hotfix didn't work for me, but then again they did say it is not a fix for SLI users. But rolling back to 368.39 seems to have mostly fixed it. Still has some of the DPC latency issues but vastly improved over the 368.81 and 368.95.

Wonder if this affects 9xx cards too because I've noticed I've had issues with video playback being incredibly choppy from time to time while a game is running. Never had that problem before.

This didn't fix it for me. I get constant 1000+ in my logs. Also lost Fast Sync option in control panel. Getting crazy lag in apps on desktop.

I just noticed this driver, this may explain why I have been noticing input lag with my Corsair K65RGB keyboard. Sometimes keys would not respond or would take much longer while in game. When not in a game there is no lag. I did not have this problem with my GTX 780 TI SLI setup. I will have to try this update when I get home.

Last night I did do some gaming and I did not notice any issues after I updated the driver. Try a tool called LatencyMon to check your DPC latency. I was going to try this when I got home tonight and see if the numbers are where they should be.

Is this latency issue affecting a large number of users?  I am not having any problems at all, latency or otherwise with my FTW 1080.

What? If you're talking about which tool to check DPC latency, then Latencymon has been updated for Windows 10

Has anyone using this driver and a 1080 ran the Firestrike demo ???   I have an issue where it now refuses to start ....period.

..and i'm trying to track down whether it's a Steam 3dMark issue or this driver...
    --------------------------------------------------
I might have found the issue **
copy/ paste - The problem is that when updating to a new version of Windows, the update removes the required Futuremark SystemInfo service from Windows and 3DMark cannot start the required service on startup. Please uninstall Futuremark SystemInfo, then either reinstall 3DMark or install the latest stand-alone Futuremark SystemInfo (available here) and it will correct the issue.

It was recommended to verify integrity of cache files in Steam and retry tonight......

    Hey,

For those who have stutters, just saying, if you've done the august 2nd win 10 anniversary update, go in your devide manager and select your gpu then hit update drivers. It'll install 369.09 which fixes the stutters etc.
