Me too buddy. My Tomb Raider won't even open on high settings when before it ran perfect with 44fps average now it wont even work. I uninstalled the driver and went back to 314.22 and it's working fine now.
I guess BETA-Drivers can't always be better than their counterparts.

I have been using these for a couple of days and they seem pretty good for some older games. Saints row the third and Bioshock 1 are working real smooth with framerate through the roof.

anyone else having an issue with gpu's not clocking down out of 3d apps?

Nope. Are you sure k-boost is not enabled in Precision X? Are you sure you don't have an application with a 3D profile running?

This driver not working so well for me with a heavy overclock. 3DM11, Firestike and Valley all are crashing and when i finally got a successful run on them, my scores are lower.  Seems stable on games with minor OC. 310.90 seems my best for benchmarks and 314.22 seems better than this for me.  So im going backwards.

I figured it out, whenever I open google chrome, my gpu's go to 3d clocks, close chrome and they downclock

anybody try these with Tomb Raider? i went from 50fps to 39 in the benchmark. there is a thread on the Steam page with others also getting serious fps drops with these.

I'm running SLI 670s too, Windows 8, and Tomb Raider in game crashes on me when TressFX is on (in surround, all I've tested).  Benchmark runs without flickering with TressFX, but as several times in game, the game crashes - hard locks the whole computer.
 
In Crysis 3, I'm having mixed results.  Ran fine last night.  Today, I'm getting crashes entering the game (game doesn't open).
 
I think I have to move back.

Seems Nvidia still hasn't fixed it's problems with TressFX, even though they have had almost 2 months to get it right
