As it says above when I open game stream with my nvidia shield it forces my memory clock from 1908 to 1500. When that happens my card will crash and restart because it does not like being underclocked. I have no clue what would be causing this and if anyone has an idea that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hey, i seem to have the exact same problem, did you managed to solve it? i am guessing this is an nvidia driver bug.
