Nvidia's latest graphic card GTX 1080 Ti is a high end Pascal-based chip. The high end card will be featuring 3328 CUDA cores, 1503 MHz base clock and a boost clock of 1,623 MHz. PCGamesn report shows that the GTX 1080 Ti will give you a 4K gaming experience.

Again, pure speculation only. Annoying when these random websites claim to know exactly what it will be and the sheeple for some unknown reason believe it.
 

Reportably there is a post of an Official Nvidia webpage of the GTX1080ti Specs before it was taken down on the Nvidia Website

volta will be 16nm/14nm
