There's a program by Google that somehow got installed on my PC. Called:  "Software_Reporter_Tool.EXE". I don't remember installing it.

    I uninstalled Chrome and it's gone.

    GOOGLE strikes again.  They are worse than Microsoft ever was, in my  opinion.
