No queue # nor confirmation email

Hi,
 
I just submitted a step up request however I have not received a queue # nor a confirmation email. When I check my products it just says if want to submit a step up request. Was my original request received? I don't want to duplicate it.

    Check your My Products page, then the details on the card that you're upgrading. If your request was successful, it will show your Step-up info there. If you don't see that, then you'll need to try your request again.

    Thanks! It wasn't showing so did it again and now it shows. Now the long wait. Hopefully not so long!

    Cool beans! Now that you're in, like you say, the waiting begins. We're pushing through the step-ups, but it's a big list. Don't worry, it won't be too long.

    No-one does lol... Day 2 registration... still nothing...  I wouldn't care so much except both my first 980ti kingpin AND the one they sent me on RMA were bad...  So I am without a GPU currently...

    Well I started mine step up a week after the 1080 became available and I still havent heard anything from them so it will indeed be a long time its been almost 2 months for me and I havent heard a damn thing other than that they moved me to antoher supposedly better version for no extra cost but that didnt seem to help me any as that was a month ago and still have no clue when I will ever get my card knowing my luck it will be just in time to screw up the launch of legion for me.

    As of 3 days ago I know someone that got into queue around 2pm EST on launch day has just reached step 2.

    Going by this it appears it may still take a bit before EVGA gets to the day after launch.
