If you have a spare PSU start there it's the simplest thing to swap out, Make sure you do not miss the registration window just in case. if you need it, my affiliate code is below, and if you did not get the board from EVGA you will want to send in your recept/Invoice. EVGA also has 24/7 tech support at 888-881-evga (3842) although with your location you may have to use support tickets, I believe the EU warranty is 10 years and through your vendor.

Being as your in Melbourne , I assume you fall under the EU policies, which would mean you go through your vendor, Contact them. If you purchased the board in USA and then moved to Melbourne, start a support ticket and ask what you should do. Afraid this one is outside my realm of experience, perhaps someone in your neighborhood can chime in.

So I took it back to the supplier yesterday morning. I rang up to see how it was going this afternoon, Turns out their is a missing capacitor.... Now they are contacting EVGA to see whether that is under warranty or not. I'm dumb founded, spent $519 on a board that worked all good for 15 days and now a capacitor has gone missing? and it may not be covered. Could someone explain to me how a capacitor goes missing and what would cause this? My first EVGA board played (Sli Le) USB funny buggers and is very unstable and now my second board apparently capacitors just leave the board when they feel like it and thats somehow could be a warranty issue. Sorry for the rant, trying to keep a cool head about it all, could someone put this in english for me. All I know is my board stopped and now it's somehow my fault as well.

Relax, don't let it upset you , even if the damaged item is not covered the board should be, whats a capacator cost 19 cents, I've read stories of EVGA replacing sockets for under $40. see what your told, if your not satasfied with your answer, find and contact the EVGA rep for your locality, it's a bummer, but not not worth getting irate yet.
