No confirmation email?

Is it normal for there to be no confirmation email after sending in the request to Step-Up? I sent it in early September. I went all the way to the last page and said I would be in que and would have to wait until the product was in stock. Back in July I uploaded the invoice and bought the warranty. Strangely, only a few days ago did I finally receive a confirmation email for the invoice upload back in July! The 90 days has lapsed now so I'm hoping customer service can see it in their system. I emailed support so I hope I can get an answer Monday.

    Welcome to the Forum Nireht,
     
    What is the Status shown on your My Products page Your Product then Click View Details             
    Look under "Step-Up Information:"
     
    Once you have started a Step-Up the 90 days mean nothing.
    You only Have 90 days from the date you bought the item to start the Step-Up Request or Process.
    Check your email (Junk Mail Folder as well) for EVGA Step-Up RMA Request Step 1 of 5 for P/N:
     
    You can also make sure that you add the email address donotreply@evga.com to your safe address or add @evga.com to safe Domain.

    Yea, I did a search and came up with no emails regarding the Step-Up.

    Then you never started the Process for a Step-Up

    Then you missed something somewhere.
    What are you Stepping from and to what were your stepping to?
    Why did you wait so long to confirm your Step-Up?
    On what Day Did you Request or start your Step-Up?

    Yes, I am absolutely positive I never received that email. I have gmail so I can search all the emails I receive including spam.

    Then look in your email from the last week in August to the 18th of September.
    No Email would say you did not click a submit button or thought you requested a step-up but did not.
    Then email you got for the invoice being uploaded would have been when you bought the card and registered on EVGA's Website. That is when you upload your invoice.
    When you started to start a Step-up it sounds like you click the link that says to upload your invoice to ensure your product is covered by the Step-Up process. But then you never went back to the Website to finish the request.

    I did a google search and came across an old post somewhere saying that sometimes those emails don't get sent out? I dunno. But I know I went all the way through. Just gonna have to wait til Monday.

    Even if the Email was Not Sent Out your My Product would show you that a Step-Up was in Progress.
     
    What was the date of the email you got when you uploaded your Invoice?
     
    Did you Submit a Payment?
    (Do you have the 1 Dollar Charge that EVGA Does when you use a CC) Look over your CC Statements.
     
    In all you would have gotten 5 or 6 emails and I do not think you would have not gotten 5 Email from EVGA.

    I uploaded my invoice way back in July and never received an email confirmation for THAT until September 26th.
    I was never asked for a payment at the time of Step-Up, as I said I was put in the que.

    Yes, I know you don't work for EVGA. Hence why I am going to have to wait til Monday to get an answer.

    Issue has been resolved! EVGA support is excellent! Have no idea why I had a problem the first time since I'm pretty sure I used Firefox (which I prefer over other browsers).

    Nireht, I have the same situation as you and about the same time I applied for the step up program, no confirmation email sent to me. Did you get one this time? I uploaded the invoice no confirmation email for uploading the invoice either, until September 26, 2016 as you.  I asked some other member but no answer yet. I asked if that mean my process of step up started.

    Tonight it took three tries before it went through. First time with the Edge browser and then two more times with Firefox. I definitely think there's something wrong somewhere.
     
    But yes, after the third try I got the email!
     
    On your products page under "view details" there should be confirmation that it is currently in the step-up que, ID, cost, new part number, etc.

    I have the page with even Step up ID but they never have sent me an email with confirmation of the step up up program.

    If you got your Step-Up ID I'm thinking it went through. Did you check your spam folder?

    I called EVGA. They do have my step up program, and he confirmed I am in the queue. A group of people as I, he reported for some reasons do not get confirmation email.
