So I have had this problem for days without any solution. Everything starts up correctly card LED and fans start up, but there is no signal on monitor. Is there anyway I can fix this? I need this fixed by the BF4 beta.

-This is my first boot-up none of them have been successful due to no signal.
-Monitor works on other computers.
-Monitor is set up correctly on HDMI 1 and I have the HDMI cable on HDMI 1

    Good morning,

To confirm is this a fresh build? Also try hooking up the HDMI to the port on your motherboard to see if you are getting a display. If no video is being displayed most likely your motherboard is not posting. However if you do get display then you may just need to adjust a BIOS setting. While connected to your onboard go into BIOS, look for the option that allows you to change the primary video adapter. Then force it to PCI-E, save and exit, then shut down your system. While the system is shut down verify that you have the 8 and 6 pin power connectors hooked up to the video card, reconnect the HDMI cable and everything should work fine.

Have you tried using a DVI cable instead of HDMI?

This is a fresh build. I have the 6 and 8 pin connected into the video card, I will be trying your ideas.

I think I may of found the culprit, the RAM was in the second and fourth RAM slots. I don't know, could putting the card in a different PCI slot help?

It shouldn't help unless you have a faulty motherboard.  I'd try connecting the system using the DVI but from the sound of it you aren't even sure the system is booting up other than they lights and fans turning on.

I felt I should update this for the giggles. I obviously have my PC working now. Turns out I needed to press in the RAM firmer than firm.
