There will be some minor tweaks designed to make the screen easier to use and the volume / lock buttons will be positioned a bit lower but that’s about it. As for specifications, the 5.92-inch display will be of the QHD nature (2,560 x 1,440) with a pixel density of 498 PPI. A 3,200mAh battery will be tasked with powering all of those pixels throughout the day. Around back is a 13-megapixel camera rumored to be able to shoot 4K video at launch. A 2-megapixel camera will be used on the front, identical to the one on the second generation Moto X.  It has almost every freaking spec that I wanted from this phone!! The only spec I dont care about is the camera because I dont take pictures. But BOY that battery and res pixel density is going to be sweet!! But the best part is its going to be STOCK android so I dont have to worry about all that Samsung and HTC bloatware crap and I finally can get my updates even faster without those too phone companies converting the android experience to their UI.

I have the verizon Droid Maxx which is basically stock android, with a 3500 mah battery. I go over 2 days on one charge of normal use. Its pretty skippy. I hope there is something else with this size of battery when i upgrade in a year.

Wow, looks like I won't be upgrading from my Nexus 5. A 6 inch phone is WAY too big to fit in my hand comfortably or fit in my pockets.

Hmmmm, seems like an LG g3 with stock android. Maybe I missed something in the specs I'll have to look at my lg g3 again.
If they would have released this instead of the nexus 5, I would already have one. Glad to this might also come with more than 2gb of ram. Thats a barrier we have needed to break for a while IMO.

If these specs are true, and the camera delivers, I will jump from my G3 to the N6. I love the Nexus line, but the camera has always been lacking. After taking some really nice pictures for once, it's hard to go back. The G3 is a laghouse though compared to my N5 which I only use for music in the gym/outside now.

any idea what chip it'll be using ? Snapdragon 805? or better ?

The main problem with the Nexus 5 was poor battery life and poor camera. Let's hope there are sufficient improvements in both areas. If Google can keep the price very low, let's say 499 dollars or so then they have a winner.

I feel like every nexus phone is cursed with a terrible camera.

Android 5.0 L is supposed to increase battery life 30%-40% and the Nexus line will be the first to get it. This may help the Nexus 5.

Here is an update article on this phone. Boy I am actually excited for a cellphone for the first time. I guess because it actually has all the specs that I am asking for from a phone. I want that BIG screen, bigger battery compared to my 2100mAh from my S3, high res screen, and most important of all is stock android. http://www.techspot.com/news/58400-nexus-6-release-soon.html
