How is the software/drivers? I've had two of their cards in the past (both X-Fi cards) and had issues with conflicts that were unpredictable and hard to nail down. In the end I threw out one of the cards in frustration. I'm in the market for a new soundcard, but after my experiences with those cards in the past... although this was a couple of years ago, maybe they've improved their drivers/software? Drivers are good. I upgraded from a X-Fi HD card. The amp is more powerful that previous creative cards which will boost headphones as well as external speakers. Soundstage is about the same to me.
