I wished I would have got the HX850, ended up getting the AX750 because it was fully modular.

Tea, the 750 from everything I have read is just the HX850's little brother.  The parts and build quality are the same.  I have one here, and it's SUPERAWESOME!  :)

to those getting the Crucial M4's be sure you have the 0309 or higher firmware update when you get them, they will fix a 5000 hour ontime bug.
 
my 64GB Crucial M4 is up to 6100+ hours so far.

no, you need to provide a Business ID#.  A lot of people just use their SSN instead, but I've heard a few people's accounts got cancelled for not having a legitimate business.

these use the latest controller ( sf 21XXX )
use synchrous i believe non toggle nand , because the delux uses the synchrous nand
 
regardless mushkin is good brand, this is fast. and cheap ussualy high end 120 gb drives cost 150+
