Hey Guys!
I just deactivated all C-States in the BIOS and now my system is running perfectly since over one hour.
Reinstalling the drivers and set the memory timings manually did not help.
Thank you all for your help.

Make sure in Power Options (Windows 7) that the OS is covering for the loss of C-states power saving feature.
 
Power Options -> Change Plan Settings -> Change Advanced Power Settings -> Processor Power Management -> Minimum Processor State = 30%
 
This will let the processor run at a 12 multiplier with low voltage through software instead of on a hardware level that the C-states would have offered.
 
On the negative side the processor will not turbo up to 38 this way, it will only go up to 35.  This can be overcome by adjusting Bios settings but I havent messed with other settings at this point and I just have it running up to 3.5 GHz.

Any updates on the 2133 memory? I have the Gskill 17000CL9q-16BZH running on the XMS 1 setting (1866). Anyone going manual on that instead of using XMS 1 setting?

No boot from any device ... post and and thats it.
Just send a mail to matt and support europe, hopefully i will get my chip fast...

I just received my RMA X79 SLI MB for the BIOS issue Monday (Matt stated there were no chips available at that time), and with fingers crossed....everything worked out.  SSD with WIN7 worked with no issues.  Thank you for the help from the Mods!

Well now that everything is running well I thought I'd share. I haven't really tried messing with my CPU voltage much but I can probably bring it down more.

I just updated to bios 35 and have the Same memory running at  2333 mhz 10-12-11-31-1T 171 Trfc.

Thanks for the hint! I adjusted the Power settings as you advised. At the moment 3.5 GHz are absolutley OK for me. Perhaps a future BIOS release will work that problem out.

received the new bios from EVGA EU in no time.. my first mail was on Wednesday and received the new one on Friday.

It probably will dude, considering how many people have had to get replacement chips to get their boards running, i'd say your chance of a new chip fixing the problem is 90% or higher.

today i reacive my new bios chip and was happy , but .....
i see in bios version 0.25 x64 , see all my bootable device , when i choose boot from bootable flash drive nothin ,,,, blinkin cursor on black screen , try cmos , not help ......

Are you sure you have the right BIOS selected with the switch/jumper when you are trying to boot?

Switch to position 1, clear CMOS and try again. 
See if that sorts things out for you.

Upgrade the BIOs to version 35 and then both BIOs should be updated I believe.
