I join these forums today with my gf. We are both keen gamers who enjoy putting together our own rigs. For the last 3 years we've lead Call of Duty clans but recently we've become big fans of the Battlefield series so unless something changes with COD doubt we'll be playing that in the future. =D
 
We are pretty serious gamers, and we want to see pc gaming get stronger and not weaker to consoles or whatever else, so hopefully we can support here as much as enjoy being a part of =).

Hey guys. Really liking BF3 right now. Chicks play shooter games right? I play WoW, Tera, Aion, just started Neverwinter, and I'm waiting "patiently" for Elder Scrolls Online to come out. My first shooter game ever was Golden Eye 007 on Nintendo 64. Good times :)  Anyways, I think I put the EGC in the right place on my profile, I hope I did lol.  It's by the mini avatar guy on my profile page right?

how do you add a EGC tag,

Since you didn't specify which game you're referring to I'll explain how in both BF3 and CS:GO.
In BF3: Open up your soldier page, then click on your profile link, there is a tab on the right side that says edit profile. Under soldier settings you can edit your soldier image and clan tag.
CS:GO: First join the EVGA official group for EVGA gaming on steam: (note the space as I cannot post links yet)
steamcommunity .com/groups/teamevga
Now once you're in CS:GO click on options, then game settings, from there you can select EVGA as your team tag.
