New Sharp TV Glitching?

I just unboxed this the other day, wireless signal is strong and my sony 4k tv plays netflix glitch free with same signal. I wrote to sharp and they want me to call to try and solve netflix from glitching(it flashes, duplicate image etc, movies are watchable but every now and then a glitch)

Should I bother or just make amazon pick this up and send me another, I plan on hooking up a roku thus using roku netflix and time warner app..Any suggestions? This is for my outdoor enclosed patio...

Sharp will probably make me reset my modem and router, what else would they have me do?

    They will have you check for a Firmware update if your TV is capable.

    It certainly couldn't hurt to call and try to see if the problem is something that can be resolved over the phone.

    That is a problem with the tv. Return it. You got a dud. It happens.
