Every so often, I keep getting flickering horizontal blue lines on my monitor.

Any ideas?

    Welcome to the Forum.

Not really giving us much to go on here.
What have you tried or what have you tested yourself to resolve the issue?

Uninstall drivers for graphic card and reinstall card one more time with last WHQL driver,
Clean installation with only Display Driver and NVIDIA PhysX Software.
Use other cable for connection with monitor if you have in house.
That's not good sign at all but maybe gone.

It seems to be OK now, I did post a youtube video in the original post but it didn't show up.
Perhaps it was a faulty cable!

That's good. Now you pay attention on that.
You should start some 3DMark tests but don't OC card for now.

You can't post video clips because only 2 posts.
After 50 posts you can post links or video clips, anything.
