New GTX 980 TI Classfield cant step up.

Hello.
 
I just bought 2x GTX 980 TI Classfield, and I Registrat both cards in my profil.
 
But the funny thing is. only one of the cards got step up, the number 2 card, can only RMA. notthing else.
 
So what is going on?

    yea called them :) now im just wating for eu to open tomrrow.

    Hi Nicklas0912,
     
    I can confirm that two of your cards were registered by another party prior to your registration.  Unfortunately due to this the cards will not allow for a Step-up as this is limited to the original purchaser.
     
    Please email us with a picture of the cards showing the serial number so we can use this as proof of ownership?  Once we have this information we can confirm the registration with the store and move forward from there.  We will be awaiting your email.  SupportEU@evga.com

    I don't recall exactly where I got 880, but it works (just verified on my phone).  So.... there..   :)
