Hello all. I just installed a new Geforce GTX 750 card. Once I installed the latest nvidia drivers, 344.11, it seems to have 'broken' my windows media player. It can no longer play any mpeg/mpg format videos, but any other format plays fine. With mpg/mpegs, you can hear the sound but the screen just stays black. If I uninstall the Nvidia drivers, I can see the video fine as its running on the core display driver from Windows 7. I just downgraded to the 340 WHQL drivers, and the same issue. I had a Nvidia 9800GT card before this, and no issues.  I just have one monitor.

Try downloading and installing the K-lite codec pack.  It may fix something that was corrupted with the driver install:

    6012mhz on L/N2
    5321mhz on L/N2
    5091mhz on air

Isnt that spyware?  Does the pack even have something just for mpeg codec?  Or do I have to install ALL the codecs?
