I like the change and understand that there are minor fixes to take care of but that is how it works. That is what happened the last time the forums got updated.

loveha Now the giant margins need addressing.
What I think it should look like. This is a picture from the forums for the MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn.
 http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/forum.php
EVGA does not care about your opinion about appearance at this time. They want to know what you think about the features or whether you find bugs.
Actually, my suggestion on the signature on page one was paid attention to so you can take your post and shove it.
Appearance is not a bug! See those white dots around the smiley? Do you think EVGA doesn't know about that issue? Do you think EVGA doesn't know that there are many color contrast and style clashes at the moment?
Not everyone has a widescreen monitor or high resolution monitor, thats why that margin limit is set, I doubt they will fix it.
I would think it has the ability like the one from the Final Fantasy forums to expand and retract depending on the monitor resolution used. Edit: seems they made the change as I posted this

The margins look really bad to me now. 90% seems too wide with a lot of extra left to right eye movement now required. 80% margins maybe?

I think the gap looks good. I agree on the text though, maybe another 1 or 2 sizes bigger.

Look at the length of my signature rob, that was lined up perfect with the old forum, the margins shouldn't be any wider then that.

Since we have moved on from ignoring bugs/issues to discussion about appearance again, I might as well throw this in here: In my opinion, such a color scheme would be a lot cleaner and divert your attention towards the text which is important instead of away from the text.

Have to agree, that looks a lot better than what we have now. If you are not going to change it to the stock at least make that an option.

under signatures section of the control panel, the signature box needs to be same length as how it shows on the forum for easier editing of it.

cisco0623 ty_ger07, Do you actually represent and speak for EVGA in this matter?
What is the matter you speak of? I represent myself when I say that this forum is a lot more modern by the heavy use of AJAX. I also represent myself when I say that the mobile version is a big improvement. Finally, I reiterate what EVGA said when they said that the appearance will be changed later and reiterate what they said when they asked you to test out the features and look for bugs. If EVGA acknowledges that they are not happy with the appearance, why keep complaining about it? BTW, new bug spotted. There is no bbcode underline button in some instances such as when you quote someone or use quick reply.
I was messing with you lol As a paying customer I can tell them it looks like turd.

cisco0623 Main thing I hate is the color contrast. Gray on white kills your eyes for reading. SOFT please. The rest I can deal with, but how am I supposed to participate in a forum when reading it is now the hardest part?
Do your eyes feel like this when trying to read the forums?

HAHAH yes, and that's my biggest gripe. I understand they want to work out bugs, but I think someone should have stepped back and said, "Wait, this theme sucks on the eyes." Imagine the older crowd with coke bottle glasses trying to read this forum right now?

Randolla How do I find the "Posts since last visit" tab? That is all I ever used. It allowed me to keep on top of all the newest posts.
At the top submenu, click posts, and in the top of that dropdown you'll see it.
I tried that. Unless I am missing something, all I see is "latest posts" which is not what I am talking about. There used to be a feature where I could see everything that has been posted SINCE MY LAST VISIT. Not just whatever was posted recently. I would also be able to reset my last time I visited if I was not able to read all of them when I had last visited and I wanted to revisit the posts I never got to. So is it there or not? If it is, it needs to be easier to find and/or labeled clearly. If it is not, please add it back in.

Last Update aka go to last post isn't working as intended, it doesn't take you to the very last post in large threads. Seems to be happening only in chrome, works fine in IE. If you open another tab in chrome and click on go to last post for this thread you will see what i'm talking about. Also happens when closing/reopening chrome and attempting to go to last post.

No Loveha, Read what I am saying carefully. I see the "Posts" drop down. What I do not see is anything that says "POSTS SINCE LAST VISIT" like there used to be or anyway to reset last visit time. I have read everything connected to the Posts dropdown and sideways and I don't see it. Either I am really just missing it or it is not there. If it is there, will someone please either post simple directions for us old dumbasses or post a screenshot or two so I can find it again. If it is not there anymore or it is not working as it should., Please put it back and/or fix it. Thanks.

No more pop up editor? Jw :) The darker grey with white text is nicer on the eyes, but the lighter grey is a bit much. Black background would be nice too. Maybe even EVGA vertical banner on the sides? That doesn't scroll, locked into place. And for those whom think the words are tiny, use your Ctrl + Wheel scroll up to zoom in a notch. And holy cow I can see my full sig too! :D Btw, using editor and saving afterwards scrolls up a few posts above mine instead of showing mine.

Posts since last visit is missing Found it under "Latest Posts" and Spelling is fixed but I Liked the old style forum that was easy to use now it is to complex to use and I am sorry it is ugly as well. Folding Points are also missing. This Forum is also why I stated to buy your products, thought you should know. I am simple and like sites to work well and easy not look cute. Maybe you should have asked us the users to test a demo of this new Forum to see what we thought of it before you changed it on us. A small video of the overview would have also helped us. I do feel for you as most of my co-workers do not care for SharePoint and how it works or looks.

what happened to subscribed threads? this looks kinda cheap now for the evga forums, like a free template you get when you rent a server.
