New 1070. Fans stopping

Hello,
 
I just purchased a 1070FTW and when the computer turns on the fans work, but as the OS is loading, they stop.. Any ideas?

    They stop until 60 degrees c. If you have a dual bios card, power down and flip the switch to the right. That is the slave bios and the fans will run all the time.
