Need some help installing Gears of War

I got my code redeemed and in the Store it shows as owned but the Install button is greyed out. I believe my Windows 10 is up to date.
Any thoughts?

Corsair 780t
Corsair AX1200
ASUS x99 Sabertooth
Intel i7 5930K @ 4.2G
32G DDR4 2800 (G.Skill Ripjaw)
EVGA GTX 980ti x 2 SLI
2 x Samsung 840Pro 512GB Raid0

    Did you logon the Store with the Same Email Account you Redeemed Gears of War 4 with?
    Recheck to see if you have Windows Updates and also check the App Store for updates, the Store has had a few updates over the last few weeks.

    Checked all for updates still no dice.

    Finally figured it out. Even though Windows was saying No Updates I had to update to enable Windows Insider (what ever the F that is) When I did the update it took a long time & I was a little nervous I borked my rig. After about 40 minutes & 5 restarts it came back up and all appears good. Opened up the Store & installed no problem.

    That is part of why I dropped out of the Windows Insider Program.
