Are you using the USB 2.0 Port on the back I/O Panel?

It will only show up if it is set as boot device and may need to be set in a USB 2.0 Port to boot...pun intended

Set Fast Boot in the BIOS (Boot menu screen), which on ON by default, to OFF..This can cause a problem when trying to boot from USB..You may not be able to see/boot from a USB flash drive unless you do..And as EVGATech_MDecker said, Enable the Windows 7 Installation setting. Just a thought.
