Need Help, My Gtx1070 Keeps Crashing

My gtx1070 keeps crashing after using Precision X to overclock my gtx1070 founders edition.
The problem is that I can't set back the settings to default because as soon as the precision X opens my system crashes
Same thing happens when I tried to change the settings by using CAM software
Please help me

    Use safe mode. I believe it shouldn't start up that way and you can uninstall/restart from there.
