So since changing my workstation OS to 2012 R2,  every troubleshooting option available for the error I attached does not fix it.  Complete fresh install of the game including checking to make sure no trace amounts are left in the registry have been checked.  I've also attempted to run the x86 and x64 all in compatibility mode for Win 7 and 8.  Even set to run as admin.  Reinstalling the OS has been done.

So who wants to help troubleshoot this?

Thanks,

John

I would think you would get much better results contacting Origin, IMHO.

I'd guess that Server 2012 R2 doesn't have DirectX support. It's trying to call XINPUT9 which is part of DX9. Maybe try to install the Web Run-Time installer for DirectX9 manually?

Make sure you have .NET framework 3.5 installed.  After that you may need to install the Xaudio dll's manually.  They are supposed to be installed with DirectX, but don't always work.
