Couple of ideas I had:
(apologies if someone already mentioned them as this thread is huge)

Classified 'Black2Black Edition'
-Plays on having back to back processors

most people will use this for 2 CPUs and 4 GPUs so a few plays on that.....

Classified '24 Edition'
- "When you don't have a lot of time to save the world!" (highlights the speed and the gaming nature of its usual use)
- cross-promo with the TV show
- replace the startup beep with the 24 'beep-beep-beep' noise

Classified 'Deep Thought'
- 42 is the answer to the question :)
- and it would be a pretty big computer

Classified 'HyperCube'
- graphical logo can be a spinning cube with CPU on top and bottom and GPUs on the other 4 sides. would make a nice BIOS startup screen.

Classified '2010'
- not because of the year its released but because you'll need a power supply that big.
I'm aware I can't win because there is multiple answers. I don't care. I just think they are cool names.
