    I would not consider these as a BETA BIOS unless they are listed on EVGA's own website but rather I would consider them a Modified BIOS instead ...
     
    we know from jacob that they are working on the next BIOS for this board until he chimes in on this matter ...

    Why the new bios is always around O/C ?? and not anymore on hw issue ?

    this bios is main thing is added support of C1E thanks to Jacob.
     
    The other stuff Evga is working on, is the usb3 problems certain users have problems with BSOD, Evga need testers to confirm it.

    I wonder why in that thread, the BIOS version in CPUZ is the same as the A50 BIOS (080016), but the date is different? Is that because the BIOS version reported for the SR-2 by CPUZ is just a combination of the manufacturer code and mobo code? I never looked to see whether previous SR-2 BIOS versions had a different value in CPUZ.

    the bios version doesn't change in CpuZ, it's about the date, and if you use that bios, you will see you have a new option in menu Cpu settings : C1E.
     
    Only with EUFI bios version the bios version is showed good as far as i know ;)
