I played for about an hour and a half just now in the NA CS:GO server, and the stats page does not reflect that I played at all. It also did not record any stats such as kills and deaths for me or any of the other players in the server. I wish I had checked it more frequently, instead of wasting my time like that.
Please fix it.

Can confirm - it has not been logging hours for quite a while now. I've been stuck at 0d 16:40:34h for a few days, while I'm sure I should have well over 20. Quite a number of people have been complaining about this in-game. The situation is the same with the European server. I hope EVGA is not trying to hinder our chances to win at the wither's end gaming event. I'm surprised how Joey says everything is fine.

Ditto. I can confirm as well. Ive been stuck at 6:44 for about a day now too. Put in alot of hours since then.

With the source stats being down since Sunday afternoon, evga should really think about extending the event by 2 days to give people a chance to make up that lost time.

Evga has been notified of this issue.
Hopefully it is only a reporting issue for the stats, and not an issue of actually recording them.

I believe the stats plugin has been behaving oddly this whole event. In previous events, notifications of when you get score for killing an opponent were instant. For this event, the notifications from the plugin have been very delayed. It's not acting as it should.
Occasionally, the plugin would not record stats period. I experienced this several times this event, but after the first time it happened, I started checking the stats page after every 10 minute game to make sure it was recording, and if it wasn't, I would leave and come back later to try again.
Also, I tried playing for a bit on the European CS:GO server, but that one (at least at the time) was severely misconfigured; there were no bots, stats weren't tracking at all, and it seemed like other parameters were messed up.

Good news, everyone! The "total connection time" stat is showing the correct hours and logging time successfully. Im not so sure about any other stats, but with evga winter's end gaming event about to reach its end, that's not a primary concern. Thank you for responding and sorting out the issue so fast, evga team.

I velieve it was a reporting error, as the user above shows his times are now correct. Seemingly it recorded the proper time, but failed to report it. As long as all time was recorded properly, I don't think there would be a reason for an extension.

That's not true. I think he just worded himself incorrectly. It started recording again, but all the play time while it was down did not get added back. I can confirm that my friends and I are many hours short.

That could be true, from what i know about hlxstats, it reads the server logs live, it can't read old server logs. If the stats failed to log for over 36hours, i think they should extend the event an extra 2 days.

Unfortunately it did not record mine either. With work and the deadline drawing close im gonna call my 20 hour cs marathon quits. Was fun and nostalgic. Thanks to evga for putting on the event. -Cookie Beast

Joey has told me before "everything working fine" on the stats, but it wasn't. No ones trying to bash evga for the stats issue. We just don't want to see people covering it because they don't want to admit there was even a problem to start with. I don't see how hlstatsx can catch up, if it was offline like the page showed, it can't go back and read server logs to catch up. hlstatsx isn't design to work that way. Yesterday it was showing the last kill was on Sunday at 4:53pm March 06 2016. That didn't change until earlier today when evga finally restarted daemon. I tried to find a player last connected* that shows after 4:53pm on Sunday and before 10-12pm Tuesday. I wasn't able to find one. (just too many names to check to be 100%)

However, looking at cs:go player rankings, everyone that was close to 20 hours before the stats recording stopped working has managed to rack up over 20 hours. They managed to rack up over 20hours, did they play after the stats page was fixed on Tuesday around 12pm.
I don't know if they played after or if the stats were updated, but the players who had over 19 hours now have over 20. What's not updated are stats like kills, deaths or headshots.
