thanks! oh i just want to ask you one thing more. does raystorm cpu block is good in cooler!

yes, it's pretty awesome! usually beaten only by Koolance CPU-370/380 and acool nexxxos. Cu Raystorm is usually ranked second right after CPU-380.

a few reviews to help you (or not LOL, they are often contradictory):

and so the $hit happened. my D5 Strong water pump from Koolance (PMP-450S) suddenly started running much louder and vibrates like crazy even at lowest voltage setting (was running 24V 24/7 since August last year) ...

here's a video of how it sounds, not sure if you can hear it like that in video, but to me sounds like a small refrigerator (and vibrates the same way!):

Koolance tech support advised me to open it up to see what's inside, hmmm ... will do, probably on Sunday. but then what? I still need a spare pump to run my rig in case I send this one in for replacement. not sure what happened to it at all... sounds like bearing noise to me (and vibrates same bad).

no time to bring my system down and fool around with water cooling.
decided to get a spare pump and bought a used, 2yrs old Swiftech MCP-655-B from ebay (Pristine condition, will see about that), for $50.

That MCP-655-B is pretty much a regular D5 (not strong) also I bought EK X-TOP rev.2 for it, tired with stock bulky top with 1/2'' plastic barbs.

in other words, having 2 nearly same pumps should allow me to do some side by side comparison of noise and vibration while having 2 pumps with hoses routed to some bucket full of water, before installing Swiftech pump into loop and only then I can spend time on testing the loud Koolance pump ... pain in the arse.
