An update to the build:
 
As of today, the rig portion of the build is complete. The final piece of the puzzle is here. Will install later in the week. Now to work on the custom table for the monitors and later get the triple monitors.

Ok, build is finally complete. After almost more than one year of work, here it is, with triple screens:
 


 
Here are my steering wheels. Depending on the type of car I am racing with, the type of wheel I use. The one that is backwards is the stock G27 wheel:
 

 
And of course... the main reason everyone posts in the forums here: the rig. With great power comes great responsibility, and this rig has the power to handle what I throw at it on three 144Hz monitors. The GPU of choice: a GTX 980 SC.
