My Order SuperNOVA 1000 P2 from EVGA Europe last week but I still have not received it

I ordered  SuperNOVA 1000 P2 from EVGA Europe website and item dispatched with UPS standard service on 22th June.
 
Item delay from 25th June to 26th delivery and it was showing on tracking ' out for delivery' but the delivery guy never show up or try to delivery the item .
then item changed to Monday 29th delivery ' out for delivery ' and again it never show up
now is showing on tracking Tuesday 30th delivery and ' out for delivery'
 
I called UPS customer service 3 times. held on the phone about 45 minutes . i have been told first time and 2nd time that it will delivery by end of day 9-7pm ( but never show up ) then i called again yesterday and customer service told me that driver is already come and gone home and he did not finish the route and they cannot get hold of driver . 
 
I have emailed EVGA europe yesterday and i got replied that
 
'thank you for your email. For shipping arrangements with UPS, you will need to make them directly with them. We cannot make any further arrangements after the product has shipped from our warerhouse.'
 
I took day off work for 3 days and i have been wasting my time to wait for the item. It seem that UPS think it will deliver to me when it delivered and EVGA Europe customer service can't help due to already left warehouse.
 
anyone that i can contact to help me with this issue ? because i can't just take my whole week off just to wait for this item.

    that's bad, while mostly everything works fine sometimes such delays can happen.
    it should be possible for them to arrange a delivery time window for you.
    after letting you wait so long for nothing.
    you should call your local UPS customer hotline and talk to a second level support manager.

    i spoke to a manager on the phone yesterday and he said that he will leave a note to the driver today to delivery to me early . 
    I don't want to panic but now 3pm but it seem that i have wasted another day. i will call them again after 5pm.

    the problem is my item is a standard service and it seem that item is a last priority of the driver therefore he did not try to attempt to delivery at all as he finished his working hours first.

    as far as I know there are no priority items but a "best delivery route" to deliver all items as planed.
    I would call them as well, there is nothing else you can do.
    when you go to work tomorrow it would be your fault for "not being at home while they delivered".
    so do all you can do today, imo.

    I just called UPS CS as expected the customer service said the same thing that i can read on my tracking screen myself that ' out for delivery' it will be with me today ( 9-7pm )/ now is 5pm.
    i explained about the situation and she said that she can leave a note to local depot because that the way they contact each other withith internal system and the local depot will call me back.
     
    if i want to cancel this order and get refund then it will even give more trouble some ? becuase then EVGA will have to wait for return item and do the process ?  i don't know if taking days off work just for this power supply is worth it anymore .

    When something like that happen, immediately call UPS manager or chief or someone else and explain him that's not fair and you wait so long for package.

    so i still have not received the item and tracking showing now as 
     
    Scheduled Delivery Updated To:Wednesday, 1st July
     
    i have called again and asked to speak to a manager which he called my local depot and said that the driver was still out ( my package is in the van ) and he would know what will happen to my package when the guy is back to depot then he will call me back but still no call back so far nearly 9pm .

    I would call and scream on them to give me cell phone number of driver and to meet with him somewhere...
    But that's me... you must to talk with some authority there in UPS... This is joke...
    Sorry to hear, this is frustrating, but when you open box you will see best 1000W PSU on the world in best package.
     
    This is bad, they hold your package 5 days and drive him in car and probably is on the bottom somewhere and driver is mad...
    Tell them, you are not capable to deliver my package 5 days, you are not normal persons...

    thats one thing that i am afraid of because there is no package for him to delivery as everytime end of the day my package tracking number will automatic changed to next day delivery ' out for delivery'  and repeat this since Friday. I only hope it will come tomorrow as this will be last day that i will wait for this package.

    The only thing you could do is refuse the package at this point.  Start getting an EMAIL chain going with UPS, as EVGA can not do anything until either the package is returned or reported lost, at which time Insurance would take over.  Either way, EVGA can't do anything, UPS is the only one that can.  If you have an EMAIL chain, you can throw it back at them, but calling them is Obviously not going to help you at all, and you need to start getting documentation that you can use.

    I would not refuse package until Friday.

    update: i just got the item . Thank you everyone for advices. It had been very stressful for me with this package lol .
    i will go to work for half day then i'll put this PSU in my system later tonight.
